CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

• Check-in time is from 4 pm till 8 pm (earlier check-in can be arranged depending on availability)

• Check-out time is at 10 am (later check-out can be arranged depending on availability)

• Guests are invited to indicate their approximate arrival time

CONDITIONS

• Trullo M is a holiday home, therefore only the full property is for rent. Bookings per room are not possible.

• Rates include weekly cleaning and linen/towels

• Rates exclude breakfast, lunch or dinner but services like cooking lessons, diner, and other activities can be arranged for our guests at additional charge

• Trullo M is a family-friendly location: a babybed, high chair and other utilities are at your disposal at no extra charge

• The pool is not heated

• No animals are allowed

• Please note the road towards the house is rather narrow so it's better not to rent a big car or SUV. A normal berline or small SUV can pass through

• For security reasons, we would like to mention that cameras are activated outdoors when the house is not inhabited

BOOKING PROCEDURE

• 50% payment at the moment of the booking

• 50% final payment 1 month before check-in. In case of late booking the total price will be paid at the moment of the booking

• A security deposit of 500€ is required and will be reimbursed completely within 10 days after leaving the property (provided there is no major damage). 

• Payments by bank transfer

• The paid sums are not refundable in case of cancellation
